Food
Walker Creek Ranch is providing dinner on the 8th and 9th and breakfast and lunch on the 9th and 10th.
All food is made fresh and made from ingredients bought fresh at the Marin Farmers Market and from Walker Creek’s own sizeable on site garden. Vegetarian options available for every meal, you can also list any other dietary restrictions on the registration form and we’ll make sure we can accommodate you.
Accommodations
All tickets include a two night stay in Walker Creek Ranch’s “semi-private” lodges. These lodges have 3 – 6 rooms with 2 – 5 beds per room per lodge which share bathrooms and a kitchen area. More information and schematics of all lodges are available on Walker Creek Ranch’s website
If you don’t feel that the accommodations can fit your requirements there are lots of bed and breakfasts in the nearby town of Point Reyes Station.
Wireless internet is available for the duration of the conference.
Walker Creek Ranch is out of normal cell phone range. Couchio will be providing a very large bag of quarters for use in the on site pay phones.
Travel
If you are arriving from out of town Couchio will be providing buses from their office in Oakland, CA to Walker Creek Ranch on afternoon of the 8th.
If you plan on taking one of these buses you should schedule your flight as early as possible on the 8th. The office will open at 9am and refreshments and food will be provided. The first bus will leave at 2pm and the second at 5pm.
If you plan to drive to the ranch there is ample parking, you can arrive any time between noon and 6pm on the 8th. Dinner will be served at 7pm. Other refreshments will be available before that for those that show up early to play some kickball.
